Hello! I'm Elizabeth, an oil painting artist who is committed to capturing the beauty of nature and landscape scenes, while infusing them with my own fantasy twist.
Born and raised in England, I developed a passion for art from a young age. I have explored various disciplines within the rich world of fine art, often experimenting with different techniques and mediums. Art has always been a vital part of my life, fuelling my creativity and curiosity.
My studio is tucked away in the peaceful, scenic town of Cross Hands, Wales, where I live and create amidst stunning landscapes.
My Inspiration
My work is inspired by the world around me. I enjoy exploring new landscapes and immersing myself in the great outdoors, in particular, exploring my beautiful homeland, Wales—from rolling hills and lush forests to serene lakes and peaceful waterfalls.
Additionally a goal is to add a touch of fantasy to my paintings. While reality can sometimes be harsh and overwhelming, providing people with an escape—a world they can imagine themselves in—can help restore that childlike wonder and magic that the world so often needs.
In Studio
Working primarily with oil paints, I strive to draw viewers nearer to the natural beauty that surrounds us with each brushstroke.
I'm not alone in the studio, though—my loyal dog companion, Rigby, keeps me company throughout the creative process.
